Kampala — FORMER state minister for tourism, trade and industry Yafesi Otim-Omara is seeking $28,000 (about sh60m) for a kidney transplant in India. Otim-Omara, who is a non-executive member of the board of the Civil Aviation Authority, has written to MPs about his chronic renal failure. |
