I contacted the Possada Dialysis Clinic Aruba last year 2010 by e-mail they sent me the information. I contacted them in March this year 2011 by Telephone from England UK. Within 2 minutes of putting the telephone down they had faxed me all the information I needed what fast service. I was informed the person you dealt with these enquires had finished for the day the next day there was a message from Aruba on my answer machine I returned the call and made contact with Jane. I gave my hospital coordinator her details and between ourselves we kept in touch. We sent them all the information required for my Dialysis. The dates confirmed so holiday was booked to Aruba.

When I arrived for my first dialysis session with my wife Linda. The staff were so friendly and introduced themselves to us. The centre is very clean and each of the 13 stations as its own TV I had five sessions all together while there. They offer you snack and drinks if needed. I felt very relaxed with the surroundings and the staff. They all speak at least four languages so communication was ok. One of the staff Jaime was to visit family in the UK in September this year to visit his family and I suggested that he came to see me at home because I do home Dialysis with Linda doing all the nursing side to show him. I will go back to this centre and the friendly staff knowing I am in safe hands while on holiday for my Dialysis. I have photos if needed of the centre.

visited here in june 2010 first time to this island and wont be my last.all i can say is to people who havnt been here plse try u will definatel enjoy.as for the dialysis had 6 visits during my stay,u are charged 400usd per session with a one off 100usd dotors fee and 40usd admin fee.all i can say is that u are looked after from the minute u go in.staff are v freindly and are mostly dutch or aruban trained in holland.u get feed while on dialysis and u have ur own tv with cable .i would highly recommend this unit

Excellent place. I will definitely return. A 15 minute walk to and from our hotel. All new equipment, clean, friendly staff. Must pay up front, but they take credit cards. Cannot wait to go back!

Excellent treatment, high standards of hygiene and very friendly staff.

Treatment was great, people were friendly, clinic was clean recommend it highly. No insurance have to pay cash or credit card.
