IDC International dialysis dialysis center
IDC is a high quality holiday dialysis center with many international visiting dialysers from Europe and beyond.  There are english, german and russian speaking supervisors with part time interpreters, 3 Doctors, 12 nurses and 15 caretakers  who work together to guarantee  the highest standard of individual dialysis treatments in this modern facility.

There are 3 dialysis halls, within one hall especially for foreign patients. Every seat has a multi-function chair, private LCD satellite TV broadcast  and DVD Film archive in several languages. Hepatitis B ans C positive seats are separated   in other rooms with private nurses.
IDC serves breakfast, lunch and diner as well as snacks and fruits in-between the meals. Cold and warm soft drinks are also available free of charge. Transfer hotel – dialysis - hotel free of charge and all patients can receive 24 hours emergency help as soon as they arrive in Antalya.
Type of dialysis: HD, HDF, HF, Single Needle, catheter dialysis with bicarbonate.  Machines: Fresenius 4008S and BRAUN DIALOG  Filters: All available filters (no reuse in non items!!). Antalya tips on booking a dialysis holiday

Being a dialysis patient should not stop you from seeing other countries and cultures and interntional facilities have improved tremendously.  We've put a few tips here to make your holiday go as smoothly as possible.

You book your holiday with any tour operator (travel organizer) of your choice and  inform us about your dialysis dates,  hotel name, dates of arrival & departure.

We then: Send to you your confirmation documents about your dialysis days and pick up  time  from your residence/hotel (HOTEL-DIALYSIS-HOTEL TRANSFERS FREE OF CHARGE).

We also give the service of : flight booking /  hotel reservation /  private airport-hotel-airport transfer.  
We have a range of  five star hotel offers -near to the dialysis center and suitable for our patients.

What do we need from you for the dialysis treatment?

1. Your medical report (dialysis regime) from your  home dialysis center.
We need these reports to be able to give you the best medical treatment and to  prepare your  machine (filters, anticoagulation, type of dialysis ect.) before you arrive our center.

2. laboratory results about  hepatitis/HIV/  findings ( test result-dates: minimum 2 months before arrival)

Please send us a copies of both reports via fax or E-mail at least 3 weeks before arrival and bring the original papers at the first  dialysis date in Antalya with you.

Payment of dialysis treatments: If your health insurance is ready to pay the cost of the treatments to our firm-account, we will need a signed and stamped payment guarantee of your insurance.

Otherwise  payments directly to our center in cash please.

Suggestion  for all travelers:
If you have the possibility, you should  effect a privat travel-health policiy anytime when you decide to have a vacation to other countries . With this insurance you can receive medical treatment ( in case of emergency) in a privat hospital of your choise.
